Artist's Comments
First it was just black and white patterns turned into a collage (from rubbings of actual textures, from magazines, and from handrawn patterns). Then I decided to color it in, using sharpies, highlighters, and another kind of marker. I like making things that don't have a definite top or bottom. Far different from photography.
